Nikon Coolpix S8000

I won't recite the specifications which as it isn't particularly helpful as a review when they are stated in every website/shop that sells it. All I will say is that if you want a reliable, well made and good quality camera then this is perfect for you. There are a few features that I haven't come across in other digital cameras, my family and I have had many an amusing time with the smile capture one! It recognises when the person in the shot is smiling or not meaning to can automatically capture the perfect photograph without delay. Nikon Coolpix L19

When I first used this camera my original thoughts were that it seemed quite generic from the outside and didn't seem like it had anything special to offer. In addition it was quite bulky compared to the little cameras you can get for the same price. However when turning this camera on, it does seem to be a bit better in terms of capturing live gigs. It also has a good video capacity if that is what you are interested in. I personally found the thickness of the camera to actually be useful in a gig as I made extra effort to keep it in my hand as I was being pushed around.
