      Advantages

      Disadvantages

Camera suitable for professionals who need quality equipment and more compact.

This camera is so good that we would say if you are thinking of buying a D800 or 5D Mark III , take a look at the D600 . is more than a small professional camera for amateurs : it is a different tool . It is more efficient DSLR . And that is what most people need.
Suitable for anyone who loves photography, is a D600, lighter camera full frame type compact than other models in the same category. Its large sensor allows exceptional images with high level of detail and balanced color. Fidelity to depict scenes remains in any environmental condition. Your photos start to show more noise from ISO 5000. Beginners will have difficulty dealing with the huge amount of controls.
Equipped with a 24.3 megapixel CMOS sensor , the D600 is a full frame camera excellent quality , but with a more compact and lightweight compared to other models body. Very similar to D800 , as besides also the same sensor carries the same EXSPEED processor , the main differences between the models are the smallest pixel density of D600 , which results in a lower overall quality in relation to its sister more expensive . Still, the D600 does not cease to be outstanding.
Working between the values of 50 and ISO 102400 (expansive ) , the D600 offers a high resistance to noise. You can record images with enough quality even at higher values, such as 25600 . The presence of 39 focus points makes up the edges of the images remains a fairly high degree of sharpness . Overall, color fidelity and sharpness of the images impressed me very
Both indoors and less lit environments , such as on sunny days and ideal for recording images , the colors do not show saturation or discrepancy of reality above normal .
Video recording , made in 1.080pa 30 frames per second ( MOV format) , does a good job , but nothing beyond normal. Recording is limited to 20 minutes per file , but all controls aperture , exposure and saturation can be accessed during recording , as well as record photos while the video is processed.
The D600 to lose its most powerful sister in megapixels , but also in some resources . While the more expensive model has a USB 3.0 port and built-in GPS , the D600 has a USB 2.0 input and GPS . There is also a miniHDMI uncompressed output , external microphone input , headphone output and P2 input for flash and other accessories .
The 3.2-inch LCD has 921,000 dots and does a good job . But the star is the excellent optical viewfinder with 100% coverage and great view of the main controls for the composition of the picture , such as exposure , ISO , etc...
In many ways, the D600 gives you the basic power that everyone wants, without overdoing it. If you are a professional photographer thinking of buying it because the price looks interesting, then you should definitely buy it. If you are interested in making videos, however should rethink.
