came to the conclusion that 1.3 Megapixels was enough for me. While in town one day I came across a Dixons sale, and lo and behold, I found the Olympus c-920 with P300 printer for just £399!!! Now I realised this is not a new camera, and has now been superceeded by the 960, but so what!!! Half the electronics we buy are out of date in a month!!! It was a few quid more, but suddenly the competition looked ...

instruction manual; the cheap & nasty Camedia software (don't worry though, there's plenty of decent digital imaging freeware out there); and the position of the LCD screen, which means you have to press your nose up against it when taking a picture which causes smearing. Otherwise, it's perfect for someone who wants to take good-quality pictures to download onto a PC, without wanting to spend huge amounts of money in doing so and without having to take a degree in photography to get started. Highly recommended. ...
