Advantages: Fantastic Zoom, natural picture quality, plenty of features.

Disadvantages: Need a steady hand or tripod with that fantastic zoom.

Was using a fuji for about 3 years and then it was time for an upgrade. I felt the optical zoom was something I needed and went for the ultra zoom model. I decided that the 760 was a good compromise between price and features.

The battery life is good. Extra batteries are cheap on e-bay. As was a 256mb xd card. The menu's seemed complicated at the start, but I've had it now for 6 months and I can use it quickly and effectively now.

The zoom is fantastic but you need a steady hand or a tripod when zoomed right in. But otherwise the zoom comes in really handy and I am always using it.

The pictures are excellent and have a lovely natural look to them. Best pictures are taken outside, but the results are still pretty good inside.

Summary: On the whole though it is well made, easy to use, and good value for money.
