I am not sure if this is true for all digital cameras so I cannot complain too much without all the facts, and having used it quite a lot (new toy and all!!!!), but it does seem a little quick! Secondly is the system of switching to viewing mode. It does seem a little fiddly to have to open the front cover to take a picture, and then slide it back to view the finished results and scan through them. I know it flashes up your picture as you take it but even so,...more

I have been looking to buy a digital camera for quite a while now, trawling through internet sites and catalogues to try and find out what I need and how much I had to spend. Eventually I came to the conclusion that 1.3 Megapixels was enough for me. While in town one day I came across a Dixons sale, and lo and behold, I found the olympus c-920 with P300 printer for just £399!!! 2.1 Mega Pixels, Movie Function, LCD Display, 3 modes of resolution photos (SQ, HQ, & SHQ), good on-screen function settings/mode/table, felt like a real camera unlike the Fuji MX1700, bought with Dooyoo vouchers. Battery life reduces rapidly with LCD on; no camera case; poor software; serial port downloads; and Olympus power adaptor not supplied (£39.99).

Has manual apature and shutter controls which is a must for "proper photography" I've got rid of my expensive SLR Not the cheapest and probably not worth the money if you just want a point and shoot

Great Value, Good Quality Pictures Cost of repairsSometimes the options are fiddly to select.

12 Megapixel - XD-Picture Card - XD-Picture Card Type H - XD-Picture Card Type M

20X Zoom is unbelievable, 10MP, User-Friendly Menu, Large LCD screen, TTL Hot-shoe, 10-picture Panor No way to "permanently" mount a protective (UV, Sky) lens filter. Flash seems a bit weak. Small(ish)
