Olympus E-330 Architecture Pro Kit ... architects represent a particularly tough challenge for photo equipment. But with the Architecture Pro Kit, these are perfectly met - in professional quality. The kit includes the E-330 body, the splash proof ZUIKO DIGITAL ED 7-14mm 1: 4.0 and ZUIKO DIGITAL 14-54mm 1: 2.8-3.5 lenses, FL-50 external flash and SBC-1 E-System Bag Compact. With an angle of view right up to 114°, and a minimum working distance of merely 10cm, the ZUIKO DIGITAL ED 7-14mm (35mm equivalent focal length: 14-28mm) deserves special mention in this setup. It offers architects extraordinary freedom to capture their subjects with a bright 1: 4.0 fixed aperture and also allows for exaggerated perspectives. This is capped-off with the E-330's Live Preview capabilities and multi-angle LCD which lets compositions be easily framed from low on the ground or above the head, for example, without the photographer needing to contort the body to look through the viewfinder. The second zoom lens assures a greater shooting range and the FL-50 external flash provides pro-level power with a Guide Number of 50, ensuring that lighting is never in short supply.

Crowned Review Picture Perfect Camera! (1388 words)

Rating:

I chose this camera initially because of the weight. I looked around at different cameras in the below £150 section on a nuber of websites, paying particular attention to John Lewis (one of my favourite stores), and this one was simply the lightest. I ventured further in my research before deciding to definitely purchase, however, only to discover that everything else the camera offered ticked my boxes too! I bought the camera in the end from John Lewis for £130 though you can find it cheaper elsewhere, for example I saw on Amazon it was £105. I try to buy from John Lewis though as I like dealing with them as a shop, they are always helpful and with more expensive items I like to ...

in puddles, the Olympus mju SW series will have to be the one for you, and the 770 SW is the most drop - water resistant - crush - extreme weather conditions - crushproof of its kind. As this nice piece of work brushes off these conditions its beautifully designed and ergonomically made to fit its user. Although it is pretty ...

Olympus Camedia C-7070 Wide Zoom

Premium Review Ugly but very good quality (588 words)

in High Street shop windows. I get great pictures out of this camera in all manner of conditions and with less noise than I ve seen on 8 Megapixel cameras at this price point. Colours seem a little more neutral than the slightly warm shades that are evident on my partner s Canon. To me that s a good thing but if you don t like it then there s a facility to tweak the relevant settings. The range of options (shutter speeds, flash settings, scene modes, etc) is such that, after having mastered the menu system, the C-7070 has managed to make me look like a more experienced photographer than I actually am. Unfortunately, that menu system is probably the camera s achilles ...
