This was bought as a panic buy due to my last camera being banjaxed. Overall I am happy with the performance as being a basic novice it does what I want it to -family pics etc. There are lots of settings but I have found all my pictures to have come out clear using the 'basic' settings e.g. I don't really use night vision or panoramic. The zoom is brilliant and have captured some special pics. The big downside to this camera is that it seems to go through a serious amount of batteries and even wityh rechargable I find that if I am heading out for the day I always bring a spare set as I have been caught short on more than one occasion, even with the batteries being fully .  Read the complete review
