Advantages: Great Price & Pictures, also very easy to use

I bought this camera a couple of years ago now, I spent ages looking for something decent that doesn't cost too much. I paid around £160 for it and I have to say it was money well spent. It is also very nice looking with a sleek metal design. Although it is older than most of the cameras widely available in the shops at the moment I would still buy this one simply because it is such a great little piece of equipment!

The camera turns on by sliding the slider to the side, uncovering the zoom lense, which then proceeds to pop out, it turns of the same way but opposite direction.

This camera can seem quite daunting as there are so many different settings, theres like 20 different ones for all occasions, be it on the beach, daytime, nighttime, sepia, black and white, etc. Don't worry though as there is an auto feature which will pick the best setting for you.

One thing to note is that the flash is a bit crazy and not only flashes once, but around 3 times. One thing to note though is that it takes better pictures in the daylight with no flash at all, it seems to make pictures darker when flashing in light, but it's perfect for nighttime use. The camera also has soundeffects, so if you're somewhere quiet (like a wedding) I would recommend turning them off via the easy to use settings.

I do have to say this is the best camera I have ever used for taking close-up pictures. The zoom is of a very high standard and the colours of printed photos are amazing.

Another great thing about this camera is that it was splash proof. Now I don't mean waterproof so don't go taking it into the sea or anything. Splashproof just means it is protected against the rain and splashes from any direction.

Daytime pictures turn out nice and bright no matter what the weather and nightime ones pick up every detail with the flash running. You get the perfect picture every time, makes for great memories.

It comes with a rechargable battery and adaptor to fit it into while charging. It does not need charged a lot as the battery seems to last forever.

Mine came complete with a small 32mb xd memory card, and I purchased a slightly larger 512mb one while on holiday, 512mb is all you need because it holds hundreds of photos, even over 1000 if you turn the picture size down.

I highly recommend this camera to anyone looking for something cheap and cheerful that looks good, but also gets the job done to the highest of standards.
