Panasonic Lumix DMC-FX55EG-K ... I first got this camera for my birthday last year, i thought oh jees, it looks complicated! But then after using it for about 10 minutes I grasped all the ways of changing settings and understood it really easily! You definitely don t need to be a technology geek to figure this camera out, even if somebody as thick as a brick could use this camera no problem! The camera is stylish, compact and not heavy, and if travelling and you need the adaptor, this is also small and light. An excellent feature on this camera is the shutter - the speed automatically changes to suit whether you are moving fast or slow, and takes perfect pictures with no blurring each and every... Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ50EG-K ... SLR-like results but without removable lenses, this is well worth a look. It has a full range of manual control, if you want it as well as program and auto modes, with a particularly well thought-out user interface that means you do not have to go through menus to get to the commonly used functions. It s as heavy and bulky as an SLR, but as the 12x zoom lens is fixed it is impossible to get dust on the CCD sensor. It has an electronic viewfinder, so you see what the sensor sees and you can use it in bright sunlight. It is not as bright and clear as the viewfinder on a genuine SLR, but I find it totally acceptable. The image quality is superb, easily up to printing on... Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ10E-K ... not long owned this camera. It is best described as a cross between a digital compact and a digital slr. I say this because you have more control over the camera than you would with a point and shoot compact. It is only 4MB but produces images as good if not better than a camera with greater pixels. You can either use the autofocus or manually focus. It is an easy camera to use and a nice feature is the fact that it has both a viewfinder and also a screen to view the images on. It is alot lighter than it looks and is available in both black and silver models, I have the black one and i personally think it looks better in that colour. It appeals to the passionate photo...
