i bought this camera when my other one decided to stop working just before i went on holiday! i got this camera for a bargain £99.99 it came with a 2 year guarantee and it is great.
it is 8.0 megapixels, has a 5x optical zoom,face recognition including smile capture that automatically captures a smiling face it has a 2.5 inch screen.
it comes with lots of other features such as scene mode where you can choose betwenn different modes like pets,kids,night scene,movie,landscape,flower,surf and snow,sport which will make sure you get the get the results.
you can also frame your photos with various frames like a flower or a heart.there is also a red eye reduction a image recovery for when you accidentally delete photos.it also has a self timer so everyone can get into the photo together.
you have all your usual functions like a lcd screen to view your photos either looking throught them manually or as a slideshow,it has a rechargeable lithium battery so you don't have to keep buying expensive batteries.it is pictbridge compatible and takes sd memory cards.
it is very compact,easy to use and it takes great pictures.
