The GX8 comes equipped with a 28-85mm (when converted to 35 mm format camera) wide-angle optical zoom lens. Additional features of the Caplio GX8 are Aperture Priority mode for precise control of depth of field and Manual Exposure mode, which allows setting shutter speed to match the intended subject. The package of accessories in the Caplio GX8 Creative Set consists of the wide conversion lens DW-4, hood and adapter HA-1, rechargeable battery DB-43, and charger BJ-2. Around 400 shots of high-resolution photography are possible with the long-life rechargeable battery fully charged by the large-capacity charger.
