Advantages: easy to use, great photo quality

Disadvantages: can crash occasionally, if not using recharable batteries it doesn't last long

I have this camera in the pink version, it is also available in black and silver. Mine cost about £50 in April.

It has a good design to it and feels comfortable in your hand. It is a rectangluar shape with a thicker bit on one end, I really like this as it is easier to hold and less likely to slip out of your hand.
This thicker part is where the batteries and memory card go. It takes 2 AA bateries normal ones and rechargable ones it is best to use rechargable ones as the others don't last for very long at all and become quite expensive.

It has silver finishings on it, the buttons are silver and around the lens is a silver metal cirle which looks good. Also on the fron t is a silver and black samsung sign and the flash.

At the top of the camera is the power button and the shutter buttom these have quite a difference in size which is great because it stops you pressing the wrong button which I did a lot with my old camera. Also on the top is a spin dial for the different settings. There are 8 of these including night, portrait, anti shake, automatic and a video camera. This is easy to use and has big writing or pictures so you can easily see what you are doing. One fault of it is that it is quite easy to knock and be on the wrong setting and not know when you are taking your photo.

At the back is the dispaly screen this is a great size and takes up most of the back except for some buttons down one side. The display screen allows you to see one photo at a time or up to 9 in a grid. The display takes up all of the screen so you can even see the detail of what you have taken before you upload them or print them. The display also has a zoom function which allows you to zoom into photos you have just taken.

The bottons at the back are a playback button a delete button, a zoom in or out button, menu, sound recording button, flash button, a timer button and some others which I haven't used so I couldn't tell you what they do.

On the bottom is a place where you can screw in a tripod.
At the side it has a place you can put a handstrap on to it this comes included and makes holding your camera more secure. On the other side is the USB connector which is hidden under a rubber flap.

When you come to connect it with the usb cable to your computer, the cable is included so is some software, I was able to upload my photos without the software so I have never used this. This is easy to do it asks if you would like to connect to a printer or your computer you use the up and down button and press menu to make your choice.

Once you have uploaded or printed your pictures they are of really good quality, they are clear and sharp images and I have always been pleased with the results.

The only fault I have found with this camera is that it can crash, this has only happened two or three times but is nevertheless very annoying. Sometimes it can be solved by leaving it for a few minutes and taking the batteries out then trying again.

I would highly recommend this camera it is easy to use and gives great results.
