      Great!!

Having previously had a rather un-enjoyable experience with a Samsung phone, I was a tiny bit reluctant prior to buying this camera. However, I was on a budget and after something easy to use to take some snaps whilst travelling, and this seemed to offer me the most comprehensive range of features for a reasonable price so I put my doubts to the side and bought it. Having owned a Sony camera previously I was not expecting it to meet the same standard, however I was nothing but pleasantly surprised with this! The pictures come out in excellent quality, it takes the universal SD card (unlike Sony cameras) making for an easy upload. It takes very defined shots of scenery, as well as people. In this camera, I discovered my FAVOURITE feature ever- beauty shot. It truly does make the skin appear perfect and I am now the favourite camera bearer among friends, due to the undeniably flattering results. The only slight issue I had was that the camera did break; however it was covered by warranty and came back repaired with no trouble (if not a little slow). All in all, great- this fulfils all my photographic needs.

Entry level point and shoot digital camera.

My girlfriend and I bought two of these cameras at Christmas time. One for my parents and one for her parents. Neither sets of parents are very savvy when it comes to technology and we thought this camera was perfect for them.

Like any piece of technology that my parents come into contact with, they need to be shown step by step how to use it. This can often be a frustrating process for me as I am the one who has to show them and it can take them a very long time to get to grips with thing. So, like any gadget I give them, I had a good play around with it to pre-empt the questions that would surely follow.

I was delighted at how quickly they pick up this camera and started using it. Apart from putting the batteries and memory card in the camera they were able to run with it straight away. It is a very basic 12 megapixel camera, it was an off and on button and a button that takes pictures, the ultimate point and shoot experience.

The camera takes a SD Card and 2 x AA batteries. Along with the 12 megapixels you also get a 5 x optical zoom. There is also a 3 inch LCD display to review those snaps.

The camera is at the low end of the market, but can be picked up for around £60, which I think is a bargain. It's manufactured by Samsung, which has a reputation in producing high quality products and I have to say I was not disappointed.

This is an excellent entry level camera that is available in a range of colours. I would recommend for use by children or adults who like their electronics to be simply and straight forward to use. If my Dad can use it, anyone can!!
