When i explained what had happened, the rude supervisor kept saying that there was nothing they could do (even when i had the warranty and receipt!!!). In the end i had to ring up samsung and send the camera to be fixed which took about 2 weeks. when it came back it broke again after 1 month (the lens wouldn't open) so had to send it back to be repaired. I had this camera for christmas in 2009 in pink which is gorgeous!And at first i was really impressed with the pictures it took and the beauty shot which sort of airbrushes the face, but within 3 months the lens broke.
