This camera is simple to use, produces great quality pictures and is a handy size to transport around. I have had this camera for about two years and have used it for all sorts of occasions and it never fails to deliver. There are a few different settings to get my head around but without reading the manual I managed to find a setting that worked for me. The zoom is pretty good to an extent but if you use it to its full capacity the pictures tend to come out fuzzy. My camera comes with me everywhere, and the Samsung L830 has been the perfect companion!! I use my camera very frequently. As a student, it comes with me on every night out, and takes amazing quality pictures in environments where I often get pushed around whilst snapping, but pictures remain sharp and clear. Sometimes it takes a while for the flash to work, and you have to remind people that it is a double flash, otherwise they wander off after the first flash, and that's the picture that is captured! The Samsung L830 is by far my longest lasting digital camera. I have a terrible habit of breaking things, this has suffered from being splashed with water, drinks and also many falls from my bag. As far as I am aware this wasn't built for clumsy people and has no special safe guards but definately does the job of protecting it's self. The camera is small enough not to take up too much space in your hand luggage for holidays or in your bag for a night out.
