Advantages: Very easy to use it

Disadvantages: The muted sound when zooming in on the video function.

I have had this camera for about 3 years now and it has never once caused me any problems at all. It is extremely user friendly and can be operated by someone who does not have much experience in cameras or who isn't used to modern technology.

It is a small camera that is very slim and compact and can easily fit in your pocket. It is black and has a nice shiny exterior and actually gives the impression in my opinion that it costs more than it did. We paid £95 for it at the time in Curry's where you can still buy them. You can also get them online at Amazon or other electrical retailers. On the top side of the camera there is an on/off button which is clearly lit up in blue and simple to press. Next to this button is the actual activate button to take the picture. This is also very easy to press and capture your photo. There are many different modes on the camera, for example you can take videos with the camera, although be warned, it uses a lot more memory up than taking pictures.

It is very easy to switch between the different modes which you want it on, i.e. if you want to change to taking a video instead of a photo it is very simple to turn the dial on the back of the camera to the appropriate icon (it has a little movie camera picture for the video option). The dial is about the size of a 1 penny coin. If you want to delete a photo there is a little rubbish bin icon at the bottom right hand side. It will always check if you're certain you want to delete it just in case you had pressed the button in error, a very handy function!

It is easy to extract the memory card in the bottom of the camera and is easy to insert a new one as well. There is also a little hole on the side where you plug in the charger to charge it. It takes about 3 hours to charge the camera from the battery running out to being fully charged. The quality of the pictures is fantastic, so clear and bright. Even in places where you think the photo might not come out very well it still takes a brilliant picture. The only downside I have come across is that when you zoom in whilst taking a video the sound is muted whilst the zooming takes place. It doesn't really matter to me but could for some people.

All in all a great camera and I would recommend it to anyone.
