Advantages: Lasts long time
Disadvantages: May not work with all AA battery types
This camera is good as it is extremely easy to learn how to navigate your way through the different menus though some after a few years of use are still a mystery to me as I just use it to take pictures and delete them. It has a nice smooth rectangular shape which is easy to hold like most cameras. It has a 5x optical zoom which is very handy when taking pictures of objects far away which are barely visible in pictures without it. The face detection is a nice extra feature. The digital image stabilisation is also a good feature. This camera is good for the price of £50-£75 as it is well built and lasts a long time as I have had this for about 2 years and it still works perfect except recently the camera let me down when I tried to take a picture as it ran out of battery power in roughly 2-5 minutes when I was just holding the camera at a object and pressed the button to take a picture and I was using rechargeable batteries although I have had the batteries for about a year it may be their fault but I am not sure as they used to work in the camera before. Just make sure if you buy this camera to always carry a spare set of high powered ordinary batteries with you like duracell or something similar. Batteries are the AA type so you know. The camera wrist strap is also sturdy and does not break easy while using but I find that when sweating it can feel uncomfortable at times. The camera takes high quality pictures which can be enlarged to a very large size on a computer. For anyone wanting a home use camera I recommend buying this product.
Summary: This is a good camera...
