I received the Sony Cyber shot DSC T300 for my birthday off my husband and I must admit, I have never owned a digital camera before but do not know how I survived without it. It is a slim camera and therefore can fit in your bag, it comes in a choice of colours, I have the silver one, which definately looks good and I have had quite a few comments from other people about it. I am definately not a professional with a camera, but find this camera good as it is easy to use. It comes with a touch screen pen, which you can use in stead of your fingers. It takes a really good photo and you can also use it to take videos. It has automatic face recognition, so it puts a square around the persons face your taking and therefore focus's on it better. Also has a lot of other features which are too complicated for me to use.

Summary: Takes a really good picture and has a good battery life
