I bought this only because my Olympus had a problem with the shutter and the pictures were coming out too blurry :( Anyway, so I decided to buy this because of the ten megapixels and also because of the wide screen view space. I was aware that it was quite a bit to pay for a camera, but then I wanted something that would come with a variety of flash modes and lighting settings. The camera is well suited to the amatuer photogapher, although the 10.1 megapixel feature may be a lot for some who just want photos for picture frames. There is a large touch screen on the back, the first attraction of the camera. Being clumsy, I thought it would break soon after purchase, but it survived two large ski crashes without a scratch, though i would recommend a case for safety. brought this camera for myself as i bourght a compact camera for my girlfriend and now i decided to buy this one for myself, i was gonna get the same one that i got for my girlfriend but got a very good deal at comet online so just went for it after reading a few reviews on this product. The product is light and very stylish its got a 10.1mp optical zoom, it holds some memory but has got sd slot for extra memory. it has a 3.0" widescreen lcd which is very easy to navigate all features and also very good compatabillity with pc and printer software. I have had this camera for over a year and is brilliant it has a great zoom, is slim so can fit in to most bags and the lense is covered when not using so doesnt get scratched like my old one did. The display is the full back of the camera so you can see the picture well. the quality is brilliant and the memory is really good although i bought an extra memory card for extra storage has a camera and video function. Definately recommend as i have had no problems at all with this. Getting this camera for my birthday i was well impressed when i recieved it. As you can see from the picture it looks awesome, such a slim and flush design makes it appealing to any age group, with 10mp it offers great quality at an affordable price. Zoom is great 4 opitcal is all you need for a camera of this quality. I would say if your looking for a camera which is affordable that you take out for any occasion, day or night this is the camera for you. Also being touchscreen and having such a large screen to view past pictures makes it a great all rounder.
