Ok, well you can select from a number of options... a few of which include night-view, landscape, multi-shot (which show up as all 16 or 32 images on one picture... rather than as separate images as on other cameras I have used)... There is also the video mode, which is great except you cannot zoom in or out once the recording has begun. Theatre mode also exists which i have tried to use when at the O2 and Wembley Arenas (at concerts). I am not sure if it is me not using the camera correctly or a fault with the camera itself, but these pictures usually appear blurry and take longer to process. The reason why I do not use these features manually is because there is an 'auto' setting which automatically selects the best setting for the picture, and very quickly -so that no matter which situation you are in, the pictures taken are of fantastic quality! Which is, in my opinion, brilliant because when taking spontaneous pics I do not have to fiddle with the settings or think about which mode will suit the environment I am in - this setting does it for me! A reasonable short review, though it would have been useful to give some idea of what at least some of the options are, even if you rarely use them.
