I needed to get a new camera after my older nikon coolpix camera broke and then I lost it. I wanted a new camera however I was on a budget so I started to look for a new camera. The sony range of camera caught my attention since they are a well known and the people who own sony cybershot cameras rate them highly. I bought the Sony DSC-W110 to replace my rather bulky, 5 year old Fuji 5mp camera. It set me back around £89 from Comet at the back end of 2008. The camera itself is very compact indeed, which is just what I was looking for. Something that could easily be slipped into a pocket as opposed to my previous camera which needed its own carry case. The sleek, stylish exterior makes it easy to hold and adjust, the controls which are easy to change from one setting to another. The Sony DSC-W110 is a great digital camera - I am very glad to have purchased it. For those of you who want a digital camera which can fit easily in your pocket, is lightweight, has a good flash, can take good quality photos and even short videos, then this camera does really fit the bill. Obviously the photos taken are not as clear as those you would achieve from a SLR camera but I would rather have a compact camera instead - and 7.2 megapixels in most circumstances is more than plenty needed to take a good photo.
