Advantages: Quality of the product its self, photo quality, video quality, cool features
Disadvantages: Zoom could be larger, some low-light issues
Overall I'm very pleased with my W150. I bought it purely because I wanted a digital camera with an optical viewfinder - something which is very hard to come by these days, and helps a lot if you're taking pictures in direct sunlight.
This has to be one of the best cameras around for ease of use - Sony have really worked their magic on the W150's menus and have designed the button layout very well indeed.
The W150 comes with some excellent features - the 'smile shutter' for example, detects (or tries to detect anyway...) when people are smiling, and automatically takes the photo at the optimum moment. It's really more of a gimmick than anything, but it's certainly fun to play around with when you're with your friends.
The screen is a good size, and is of good quality. It's nice and easy to see what it is you're taking a photo of, etc.
The photos themselves are excellent too - there are a few little niggles typical of a compact camera (such as some noise in low-light conditions), but it's easy to get over.
The video mode is fantastic for a standard compact camera though - compared to my Ricoh, it's astounding. I think the resolution is only VGA, but it still manages to look crisp once uploaded to my computer, and has excellent sound recording capabilities.
Overall, an excellent camera and a great companion for nights/trips out! :)
Summary: A great camera - you've done well, Sony!
