I've had a long experience of using Sony Cyber-Shot cameras over the years and found them excellent, this camera falls into the same category. With the picture quality extremely good overall compared to similar cameras in a similar price range. The large screen is clear and has a nice design to it which gives the camera its own personal look. I haven't asssessed the printed quality of photos although I expect that it to be a high quality. The viewfinder is option feature and for me I find it very useful better than my previous cameras. It is sometimes tricky to navigate through the many featues on the device to find what you want, but this is a minor criticism to the device as I have fallen in love with it. I'm planning to take this with my when I hitchhiking in March. I've herd good things about this camera and planning to keep if for a few years. Its instantly easy to use and excellent camera overall, it even has very good videos, so if you looking for a camera with low costs then this should be a contender.
