Advantages: Easy to use, large display

Disadvantages: Color red is usually too saturated

Have this camera since last Christmas as it was a gift from my husband. We had before another Sony Cybershot but it was time for a new one as the digital cameras market moves so fast.
So I had enough opportunity to test it with so many parties and also with a 1 year old nephew which proved that the "Smile Shutter" option in this camera is brilliant and a really fun feature. What it does is it detects a smile on the person and then it takes the pictures automatically until you disable it. So I got some great, natural looking pictures.
The 10.1 mega pixels resolution is a plus but not really necessary for day-to-day pictures. I am currently using the 5 mega pixel resolution which is absolutely fine. Unless you intend to print larger that A4, use the 5 Mega pixel.
The "super steady shot" is also another great feature which allows much sharper pictures.
Only bad thing, I can say about this camera is a dislike for the color red. It saturates it a lot.

Summary: Great camera overall. Great fun.
