this camera is easy to use. if tou have limited no/limited experience with digital cameras you can waltz straight into using this one without looking into small printed intructions. the design is sleek and holds well in your hand. it is a very stirdy camera. i have dropped it a few times and i have had no damage. With any new camera there is a digital display. sometimes they can be a bit tedious as you can hardly see peoples faces without zooming in to make sure the pic is good enough for your collection. the sony cyber-shot has a fantastic large display that makes life easier.
The battery life is really good and can record videos for ages. your memory is more likely to run out.
i would suggest an 8gb card as the 12.1mpx picture quality does take up some space, especially videos but this is because the quality is not lacking.
overall, great camera for proffesional or amature.
