I have had the Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W1 for about just over 4 years and it has lasted very well. Admittedly the couple of months I have had a problem with the mode selector wheel on top of the camera playing up but it has lasted 4 years so I cant complain. The first thing that drew me to this perticular model was the size of the screen. the 2"x1.5" is ideal for use as a graphic designer. The only bad is colour distortion at wide viewing angles-not too much call for these angles though. It has a weighty, durable feel to it, indicating it should last a fair time.
