I tend to plug in a USB flash drive, just a small one so that it doesn't stick out of the back. That way I can have the frame cycling through as many pictures as I like. You can also use the SD card straight from your camera, although I wouldn't advise buying a separate one for the frame as these are more expensive than flash drives and are more diff...more

This is another one of the digital photo frames that I have at home, this one is considerably cheaper than the Sony one, costing around £19 online. I don't think it looks cheaper than the Sony one and seems to have more of less all of the features that the Sony frame does. The image of the frame makes it look like black, but in reality it's more of a mahogany or dark brown colour. My girlfriend absolutely loves photo's and has about a million pictures on her computer (ok its more like a thousand or so, but it's still a lot) and I wanted to get her something that she could put her pictures in, I never thought of looking at digital picture frames because...well...I didn't know they existed. When I first saw them on the Internet this one I instantly liked because it was just a frame, well it looked like it was just a normal picture frame until you notice the pictures change, it was great because it was so unexpected and she wasn't aware that you could get digital picture frames. The Coby DP700 is a digital photo frame that is very ...  Read the complete review

My Other Half bought one of these digital photo frames just after Christmas last year with some money that he got. He bought it from Play.com for £22.99 which is a reduced price, on Amazon they are still selling it for £29.99. The photo frame is 7 inches wide and it came with a stand that you fit in the back so it will stand up. It also came with a mains power cable to plug it in the electric and an instruction manual. The photo frame takes SD, MMC, and MS cards which just slot into the back. There is also a full size usb slot in case you want to use a usb flash memory drive. We bought an SD card to go with it. You can show about 10 ...  Read the complete review

Coby Photo Frame: A great gift. (311 words)

I first bought a digital photo frame for my mum for Christmas last year. I searched for them on the Internet and quickly found the Coby 7 inch model for a very reasonable price. Before giving it to my mum though, as she's not very computer literate, I thought it'd be a good idea to upload some photos of the family onto a memory card for her, so that all she had to do was plug it in. I'd advise this is you're giving it to grandparents or children who don't really use computers or for people who don't have access to computers. Although I mustn't generalise as my Grandmother is in fact very clued up on computers! The frame does take memory cards but if this is not ...  Read the complete review
