My brother had a beautiful baby girl last October, and this was one of my main christmas presents to him and his partner.

I knew i definetly was going to get him a digital photo frame, but wasn't sure which to choose. They vary in price hugely and start at anywhere from £10 and go up into the hundrend's.

Browsing eBay, i spotted the digi view photo frame. At £10 and brand new in the box with a great product description, it seemed like a bargain so i bought it straight away. It arrived within days. I was quite dissapointed by the size of the box, but upon opening it (I made sure it worked before giving it to my brother), i could see why. The frame as you've probably guessed is 7 inches. This sounds big, but in reality it's not the best size as it's pretty small, but on the other hand it's very versatile, neat and discreet. I wasn't keen on the ivory white colour as for some reason i was expecting it to be black but my brother seems to like it!

There were instruction manuals included (these weren't very clear), and an AC adapter, which worked fine. The stand included was great and easy to assemble although slightly flimsy, the actual frame is quite plasticy-feeling but looks modern and fits in well with my brothers living room, he has the photo frame on his mantlepiece.

Once the photo frame was set up i inserted my camera's memory card, and was shocked at the clear, sharp picture - it really stood out and looked almost like a mini lcd tv!

I bought a new SD memory card and added pictures of my beautiful niece onto it and wrapped it up together with the box with the photo frame and instructions in.

My brother loved it and said it's simple to use, aswell as bein something different and a nice feature in the house.

It's not too expensive and is simple and fun to use. I'd reccomend it to anyone who wants a modern day version of a picture frame, it's really a great, clear picture and people are always commenting on my brothers' - one of his friends even bought one after seeing his!
