He will be 34 years old this month and been an Arsenal player for 16 years, in his best days no defender could come close to Tony, but today he has no speed left in him and attacking players can run past him at ease. He should now say goodbye to playing football and hang up his boots, if he does retire now supporters will remember him as a top international defender and not as old defender that is too slow
