Tony Adams has been an inspiration in his entire Arsenal career which has spanned a great number of years now. He's been our reliable captain for a long time and henow once again has the England captaincy as well. Tony encourages the players and generally makes his side play better by motivatibng and directing them.

Adams' defending is superb, he will never give up until the ball is cleared, he'll throw himself in front of the ball for a block, or perform a perfect slide tackle, and Tony scores his fair share of goals as well. In the double season I think he had about six or seven goals to his name, including the excellent finish that cappped of a victory at Everton where Arsenal were crowned champions.

Tony Adams has got over his drink problems and proved that he is indeed Mr reliable not only for Arsenal but also for his country. A role model for any defender, Adams gets a well deserved five out of five.
