Advantages: was a superb player

Disadvantages: makes silly mistakes

After seing Tony Adams' performance against Spartak Moscow on Tuesday Night, and a few other performances this season, I feel that it is time for Tony to call it a day on the international front. I do not think that he is good enough anymore, especially with all the young talent that we have coming through at the moment, it seems silly for the England manager to pick him. He seems to stutter a bit too much and makes mistakes that are not normally associated with him. The game on tuesday just proved to me that he has lost his golden touch that he has had for the last decade, he could still do it for Arsenal but not England as well. Rio and Sol is what i would be looking for at the next international.
