Tony has been an Arsenal captain since March 1988. He is the most successful skipper in the clubs history, lifting more trophies than any other Gunners captains. He is a fixture in the England team!

He’s position is a defender that is best place obviously his best position and that’s were he can help arsenal also he adds enthusiasm courage to the team members, but he can do other things this is why I rate him very high because he can counter attack very will also he is a threat to the other teams defenders as he is good in the air. He has 632 Apps he has 45 goals all together.

He joined in November 1980 as a school boy who knew that he would turn out to play so well, then in April 1983 he was apprentice then in January 19 84 he turned professional. And look at that 4 years to become professional I think that he can really help any team but has not got long left.

so I think will be his performance yet I have to say he can really lift the team when they are down that is 1 of is great qualities well that’s my opinion.
