I am so sorry you have had problems with delivery and other things. Most of us prize ourselves on our customer care and are never late (infact early). I am really disappointed that some ladies are giving the Ann Summers brand a bad name. There are some fantastic party organizers out there including me ha ha. I pride myself on customer care and giving the ladies at my party the best time. Once again i am sorry you had a bad experience.
