If you are interested in finding out what oils would suit your particular needs and how to use them i would recommend that you buy a book such as the
Ecyclopedia of Aromatherapy by Chrissie wildwood
It is a very good book which looks at the subject from basic
principles, how the body works and what oils suits different needs, body,mind and soul issues, massage, beauty information, home and garden including pets,concluding with profiles of individual oils.
The ISBN numberis 1-85627-854-9
I was lucky that I found the book in a discount bookshop for £5 so have a look around.
