Arrows Grand Prix International TeamNewest Review: ... under-rated driver. He is backed up by the speedy, if somewhat erratic Dutchman Jos Verstappen. In 1991, it finally looked as if Arrows (then called Footwork in deference to their Japanese sponsors) were about to hit the F1 big-time, pulling off somewhat of a coup by signing a deal with Porsche for a supply of the German car company’s new V12 engine. The Arrows team has the most unenviable record in Formula One, having never won a race since their debut in 1978. The closest they have been was when Damon Hill came within a lap of winning the Hungarian Grand Prix in 1997, only for his ailing car to let him down almost within sight of that elusive chequered flag. I think that the pieces are falling into place now for a great team if the drivers can get a good pair of drivers. Verstappen will surely be out of a job at the end of the season. He has driven for Benetton and Stewart and has been crap at both. If they could get Button in for next season, they would be ace. He is out of a drive when Montoya comes over. I will laugh if Montoya ends up like Zanardi and bums out and Button ...
