Do we play for a draw? (Aston Villa F.C.)

It can be said that Villa have one of the best defences in the Premiership, but the the other side to the tail is also said, we have one of the worst attacks! It has seemed to me that over the last years teams seem to think that if they can score one goal past us and they have a good chance of winning the game, as our attack doesn't seem to be able to score. As a sporter theres not lot we can do to help, because I'm sure John Gregory wouldn't ask me where I think we're going wrong, even though I could put it on a plate for him. Week after week I see the Villa take a 1-0 lead and then sit back and watch the opposition pile on the pressure until we concede the equaliser (which usually comes in the last minute!). Is it just bad luck? I think not! If you take a look at our strick force who do we have? Dublin? Who past his best years ago. Ginola? The same goes for him! JJ? All he can do is run, so thats not much good! We need to spend money, if we don't spend money we're not going to progress. We're a top 3 team, so lets get back there!!! Summary: |
