Advantages: Great strength and determination

Gareth Barry should definitely be put in the england team as he is far better than Phil neville. He is young and very confident and shows he is more than capable with dealing with some of the best players in the world. Phil neville with his brother gary need to be replaced and Gareth Barry is the man for it. At Aston Villa he is a regular first team player and they are doing superbly at the moment!
I also feel other oldies should start to go. Maybe Seamen (bring on Tim Flowers!), Adams (2 years left though), Ince, and Owen! (joke). This is because we have some promising young players who showed a lot of talent against their recent game winning 6-1.
BRING ON Joe Cole, and get the younsters experienced.
