I, think Gareth Barry had an excellent full debut for England, he was much more natural and going forward he crossed with ease, unlike Phil Neville, who had to keep on changing the ball to his right foot, which lost a bit of momentum. He made some good tackles, and i am sure more games under his belt, will improve him. He made some rash challenge, one in particular, and could have held the off-side line a bit better, but other than that, he was very impressive. He was fortunate to get into the euro 2000 squad, but he his in the england side now on merit.
