I wish to recommend the above site (USA based) to members of dooyoo considering buying Ty Beanies on-line.

The site itself is a joy, colourful, interesting and easy to use. It features other collectable toys as well as Ty Beanies - well worth a look round and quite educating!

The site offers Ty Bears usually offered for sale in a particular country, ie America Bear etc and also runs promotions on bundles of Beanies such as the "Jingle" collection or easter collection. I'm no Ty expert but wanted to buy for a friend who is and so was delighted to be guided to "rare" bears etc so I knew I was buying something that would be appreciated.

My main reason for recommending this site is their customer service. I unfortunately received an incorrect bear (America instead of USA). I dreaded returning incorrect item all the way to the states and trusting they would replace. No such problem - my email was responded to within 24hrs and I was told to keep the incorrect item to compensate my inconvience and the correct item had already been despatched! Wonderful. True to word the bear arrived within 3 days - not bad for crossing the Atlantic! Try them - with service like this they deserve to do well.
