After our Zanussi gave up the ghost we were at a loss as modern fridge freezers can not tolerate low temperatures due to a change to EU legislation. However we saw that Beko had a fridge freezer that could work in ambient temperatures of -10 degrees celcius great we thought answer to our prayers we can now have a direct replacement for our previous fridge freezer which lived in an outside building due to the fact that our kitchen is not large only really room for a smalll fridge under the work surface. After 6 months we noticed that the drawers were no longer fitting properly it seemed the dimensions of the freezer had changed in fairness Beko were quick to appoint an engineer inspection who said the insulation had not been evenly put in the machine leading to contraction of the sides verdict replace with a new appliance ok we thought no worries new machine arrived however when the cold weather arrived the problems started as appliance failed to get below -5 degrees celcius in the freezer section now they warned that warranty will soon expire as it did not renew with the 2nd replacement appliance but on the original machine. They were trying to delay the visit and when we contacted the engineer Beko hadn't even faxed the job over to them. RUBBISH BUILD QUALITY AND EVEN WORSE CUTOMER SERVICE DO NOT BUY
