Borde HillNewest Review: ... the area ,that is like a nature reserve, outside the cultivated garden that is Borde Hill. The actual garden has azaleas in different colours this time of year .A rose garden ,beautiful walkways on different levels,a sunken garden ,small fish pond . Statues, a feel of Victoriana,a wild part, and walks ,beyond it overlooks fields and lovely scenery as far as the eye can see.You can buy plants near the entrance propogated on site. Well worth a visit refreshing,the Bluebell Railway isnt far and sometimes they do a combined ticket. Update. Borde Hill garden is situated on the outskirts of Haywards Heath West Sussex,the town were I live . I have had a few very enjoyable visits their. It is one of the smaller gardens to visit,a garden that is the grounds, to a stately home ,not included in the visit . Borde Hill ,like its name suggests is situated on a hill .Down in the valley is a lake and surrounding walks ,also on one side a childrens play area,and further up a cafe and ajoining restuarant. The cafe has excellent food ,nice cakes, and pots of tea ,they also serve lunches ,there are tables and chairs outside in a walled garden . There is also a licenced resturant ,that has to ...
