Anyone who saw the Bantams last game of the season against Liverpool can not deny that what Bradford lack in star players, they more than make up for in guts, determination and skill. But is that enough for them to survive next year?
An interesting point was raised after the game. Liverpool's sub, Smicer cost more than whole Bradford team put together.
While Bradford retain their premiership status and earn an extra few million pounds it has to go on players. McCall, Dyer and Saunders are all over 35 and most of the rest aren't far behind.
Clarke is looking great in goal and between Weatherall and O'Brien the defense has the makings of strength. Laurence and Windus are revelations but that's pretty much it. Chuck out the oldies (keep McCall as a super sub) and loose Beagrie, Sharpe and Halle. You never know we might even win in Europe.
