Advantages: Gives you energy for the rest of the day
Disadvantages: Too much effort
Breakfast is the msot important meal of the day as it is what gives you energy to perform your daily activities.
Most of the time in the morning i am in quite a hurry and therefore have to compensate breakfast for extra sleep or getting ready.
The occassional times i do have breakfast, which is mostly on weekends when i get to lie in, i am not a fan of huge fried breakfasts everyday. They are ok once in a while but normally my brakfast is just a bowl of cereal (coco pops) or some toast or cedreal abrs (coco pops again) and occassionally when i can be bothered, cheesy crumpets.
When there are other people staying round or the whole family just feel like having a big breakfast then my mum will make a huge brunch comprising of buttered bread, jam toast, cheese toast, crumpets, eggs....you get the general idea.
I hate the thought of going to get a fry up from a cafe. For me i prefer home cooked food over greasy fry ups from a shop but that's jsut my personal preference.
