Ok Im writting this review from experience I my self went through alot of bullying at school all because of my shyness of all things I guess I was just an easy target.
I personally can not remember much from my days of being bullied after all it was over 10 years ago now but I do remember having to change school 3 times once I was in secondary school but as the schools were so close together there was always someone who found out which school I ended up at.

There were so many days I tried the sicky with my mum who always knew I was acting up just to get out of school, the worse part of it is that I was not just bullied by females I was bullied by males too.
I know my bullying was never as bad as some people have had were as Ive ever wanted to commit suicide. (Thankfully it never got as bad as that).
Mine was just the Name calling, pencil digging in the back and hair pulling when the teachers were not looking.

It got to the stage where at 15 years old not far off sitting for my gcse's I decided enough was enough and dropped out of school (my biggest ever regret).I feel thise bullies ruined my chance of the bigger things I could have achieved.
Yes I have worked since leaving school and never had the bullying problems since but I feel I could have done so much better then what I have managed so far.

Thats my view on my own bullying Now I'm a mother and starting to see signs of bullying to my 5 year old son.

He comes home every day telling me a boy in his class has hurt him (pushed him, kicked him ect).
I and my husband have seen this for ourselves when we attended our sons 1st parents evening.
The boys parents were in the classroom with the teacher and their son was outside sitting with our son.
We could already see this boy already seems to have problems he was jumping off tables and it looked like he could have really hurt him self when he came and sat back down he came right up to my son and smacked him so hard on the forehead with the palm of his hand.
I was so shocked so my husband knocked on the class room door and told the teachers the boy was not ours to keep an eye on and that we would prefer him to stay with his parents.

My son still comes home and says this boy has hurt him and I had another word with a teacher and was told he only attends school in the morning now and is very closely watched by the teachers.

I'm not sure why kids feel the need to bully others it hurts and sometimes in big cases of bullying some people take their own lives I really feel bullying should be made more aware in schools and more actions taken.

Im not sure how usefull this review is to people but I hope it helps in some way.

Thanks very much for reading. x

Summary: Bullying needs to stop.

Being a black belt in Karate from the age of 10, I was never bullied in school and that is why my son was sent to Karate at 5 years old and my daughter will be too when she reaches that age! - Colin
