I recently wrote an article on the fun there is to be had from dancing (in general). I firmly believe there is no better way to shift pounds, make friends and have an utterly boptastic night out. Not all that many people have heard about Ceroc - but it has actually been a growing dance scene in london and country-wide for a good few years now. Although I love all kinds of dance - I consider Ceroc to be my all time favourite. If you like the idea of meeting loads of new people with a guaranteed dance partner for each class (no strings) this is the dance for you.
