Five was, before I moved back in with my mum, my most watched station, and argueably the only reason I had a TV lisence. When Channel 5 started it was a channel that evidently didn't have much money to splash out on quality programming. It's content was mainly made up of bad US TV imports such as 'Animals Attack!" and Z-List direct to video movies although Friday nights were a nice line in soft porn. I am a fan of CART and normally I have to make do with the coverage that Eurosport provides, eratic and not always consistent, but good when it actually takes place. Of course, if Eurosport fails, or if I miss it then I can always catch it on C5, albeit at some unearthly hour. But hey what are video recorders for. That is of course if C5 ... I'm a big CART (Indycar) fan. Its usually on Eurosport though when more important events are on eg U14 football from Venezuala - it gets quietly dropped. This is where C5 come in. They have a program called 'Live and Dangerous' on most nights and on Tuesday morning about 4am - they show the last CART race. It comes in ... Read the complete review
