For me, the whole spirit of Christmas is about the giving of presents. I don't receive many nowadays. Not just because of the credit crunch but because I am an incredibly difficult person to buy for. I like cheap chocolate but dp insists on buying from Thorntons (yuk), I have dodgy skin so skincare products and make-up are risky and I hate ornaments or anything that will require dusting or take up room in my already cluttered house. Clothes are a pain as nothing ever fits (short and fat!) and, although I love books, I rarely get time to read so they gather dust.
