:::::::::::::::::: The Christmas Coca Cola Advert ::::::::::::::::::::
I remember this advert from when it first started and this advert for me is the first special idication that Christmas really is right around the corner. This advert is one that sticks in everyones minds, the favourite among Christmas fans and others alike. I fall into the 'I wish it was Christmas everyday' catergory as i just can't get enough, i won't ever grow out of it!!
This advert always reminds me of 'The Polar Express' in some ways, I think that it is the batallion of bright red lorries, with lights highlighting the edges and the famous Coca Cola sign, that does it, it makes me think of when the train pulls up from out of knowhere and all the kids who don't believe in Santa surround it.
Everything about this advert invites you in from the Jolly Santa Claus holding a Coca Cola bottle, to the fleet of lorries all carrying the same message, to the bright lights and vivid colours. The bright red lorries on a night sky backdrop with roads covered with snow, the children and adults all wrapped up for a chilly winter's night surrounding the streets as the fleet of lorries pass, is truly a sight. This advert shows me what Christmas is supposed to be albeit with the suttle hints to buy Coca Cola , it's how i used to imagine Christmas when I was younger.
I can't wait for this advert to show up this Christmas, I can then officially get excited without looking like a lunatic :D
Summary: I wish this was played everyday for the spirit of Christmas!!
