Joe Cole is one of the most exciting and talented football players in the English game and certainly one of the most creative and skillful English players of his generation. He is currently out with a serious knee injury and is expected to return to the Chelsea team at the start of the 2009-10 season. Cole was born on the 8th of November 1981 in Paddington, London and moved to Camden at the age of six. He is a product of the famed West Ham academy and whilst there even at a young age was touted as the next big thing in English football.
