The compensation culture in the country and especially in other countries such as the United States of America is truly a joke.

Why on earth would you want to sue, for stupid, minor things. I can understand I there is a massive fanatical gain, and you have been at a disadvantage then fair enough, but I wish the wouldn’t keep pushing us.

Constant mobbings in the street trying the offer us the, well as they say a ‘Free service’, I Don’t THINK SO. Let alone the constant adverts telling us the we can sue everyone for falling of a swing etc. its all just a lot of rubbish and I am getting very fed up of it.

Apparently, after being stopped in my local city centre I was told that I could sue my school, and seen as I was 19 I could pick any injury in the last 5 years. Its basically just a joke.

As they offer/advertise that is all totally free, no win no cost, Well they are a business aren’t they? So yes the will need paying.

Fair enough, if you do injure yourself, during a fall or accident. For these people these compensation companys will become resonable handy. Buy be warned while they may be helpful, they will take a cut of money awarded, it will be big too.

I just wished they would tone it all down for everyone’s sake.
